Making gozleme.....YUM!!

Gozleme is a very thin flatbread cooked over a curved hotplate over an open fire and filled with cheese, spinach, chicken or anything else that takes your fancy.....best served hot!

I just had an amazing Gozleme filled with spinach and cheese on Green Lanes, North London. Incredibly good - prepared on a rounded griddle by a nice Turkish lady. Totally authentic...very hot and prefectly fresh.
