Chiang Rai: today's journal will be rather short due to using my iPad today vs. laptop. I decided to go "native" and eat where the locals go. You cannot go wrong with shrimp pad Thai for only 50 baht ($1.75). I guess I will see tomorrow if that was smartest move on my part. Please do not let my wife know or she will worry even more. I will update you more upon my return to Chiang Mai tomorrow.
