The story behind this recipe
Hello my name is Jordi Preckler and have decided to use for this contest an interesting recipe that tastes great and that whenever loves everyone.
This preparation is the result of a development of our dish in our catering service and I use it a lot, and despite this we always try to improve both the taste and presentation.
To achieve good results it is essential to work with products of excellent quality, it is also a recipe that does not mean too high a cost for us making it easy to work it out.
A little history of this dish is that I wanted to make a recipe that is similar to a filet mignon but with chicken. Initially elaborated only breast rolls with bacon, then we started to experiment with new ingredients until we get the perfect sweet combination of prunes, with spinach, touch that gives garlic, combined with chicken, taste bacon and we got a great result.
