Kaff had
today off but the morning was taken up with her flu jab and a visit to the
dentist which left both sides of her face numb. We headed out after that to
visit the Raemoir Garden Centre and Cafe after a whirlwind driving tour of some
of the Aberdeen ‘burbs. Raemoir definitely goes hard out for Christmas! Massive
Christmas shop with loads of lights, a few life size Santas that moved
unexpectedly and gave us a fright + some stuffed toy penguins & polar bears
that moved too!
After
getting ‘Christmas-ed up’ we headed to the cafe for a hot drink and sweet treat
to keep us going. Off home after this as a man was scheduled to come and change
the tyres to winter tyres after lunchtime. There were a few dramas with size of
wheel nuts etc but they eventually got sorted and the car is now ready for
winter to arrive!
Adam’s
biking mate Ben came around for a tasty curry dinner and so the boys had games
before we chatted, had a few bevvies and watched bits and pieces until late.
Low key day.
