We are bringing our time in Morocco to a close. I still want to go back and write up some more on South Africa and our game reserves, but our goal was to get caught up now. The primarily problem is time and internet. We have been on the run for last month. We have already seen more than we could have imagined going into this trip. There have been days we wished we had planned less or a day we just wanted to rest, but we pushed through. We finally made it to our 4 days of rest. Prior to August 14th, we have had plans/tours nearly every day.
In three more days, August 19, we head to Spain. Though we have no tours planned and we are taking the day-by-day schedule approach we do have trains scheduled. Knowing how much we needed these for days of rest at times we wished we had planned more days at each stop. The first month and half we move in Europe. It is often stop in a city for 2-3 days then move to the next on train. We do have a couple 5 day stays which should be nice.
It is amazing how well we are doing as a family without a daily routine. We have not wanted ditch each other yet!! We will see what happens on the next stop when we no longer have tour guide breaking up just the four of us.
