CHINA 3 Months In China, March-June 2008

A Chinese girl is not late unless she is more than 30 minutes late.  It is universal.  (Well, I only have experience with "nice" girls.)  There is nothing you can do about it but think about how much more than 30 minutes you would happily give in order to have her company.  That said, a Chinese girl expects you to be on time, even when you are flying from America, even when you get sent on a completely different flight because the Santa Barbara-LA flight was late and she didn't have her phone on when you tried to call 15 times from San Francisco and 10 more times from the $7 a minute phone on the plane and she expects you to never mention it again and so I haven't and this is how I will know if she takes the time to read this blog.
