Heading West

We had stopped at Mesa Verde on the way to Moab. Getting back in the car, driving 27 miles back to the entrance and then on the Moab made for one long day. It wasn't that many more miles than we had driven previously, it just seemed like  a much harder drive. We were basically driving through this endless expanse of desert and wondering where exactly was the town we were supposed to be going to. Then it popped up out of nowhere! We stopped to pick up beer-an 18 pack-and went to the house. What a great surprise! This house is the biggest we have stayed in. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for us to spread out in. Washer/dryer actually in a laundry room that we didn't have to pay for! The little things that mean so much...
