The Subway is more than just a train, it is a way to link the New Yorkers together. This is why it sometimes is referred to as “The heart of the city”. All kinds of people, from businessmen to grandmothers, need the most sizable underground network in the world. With 1.64 billion rides a year it keeps the city in flow.
