Batam, city like no other Trip to Batam is always fun, many traditional life is still here, old boat, children playing in old boat, many of Batam's native people lies their life in "Water" either as fisherman, or simply build house above it

I am Nis Daniel

I am an enthusiast photographer, mainly shoot on human interest/street/travel/documentary photo, I found that photography is another way to relief the tension received during day work, but also I found that photography is a promising career to those really work hard in this, I hope one day I can have this dream job.

I understand fully that I have a lot to learn, either from technical aspect or the "sense" it self, also to boost confidence in all photograph I've take

I live in the city call Batam, about 1 hour ferry ride from Singapore, I start doing serious photography though still far from good on August 2012, I won 2 local photo on the spot competition (no editing allowed, all image are straight from the camera) and 1 of them held by national wide newspaper, I am so thrilled that time, but I understand in order to move forward I have to have open mind, to receive any feedback, advise and on the same time must be hungry for success, and never give up if found any obstacle
