Batam, Indonesia, city full of emotion

Batam is a small island, just 45 minute ferry ride from Singapore, many traditional and modern mixed each other here, we have mighty Barelang bridge, place where love met, we have old village where children playing on the boat and jetty, you will find many unique thing that won't find anywhere else, some people still bathing on any water that they can find,

though in such far from normal life we shall see they still smile and joy

I am Nis Daniel, I am an enthusiast photographer, my interest mainly on street/travel-documentary/human interest, I love to capture their emotion purely, I consider my skill now as mediocre, I was shooting less then a year, but at this period I have won 2 local photo competition, this will not happen without constructive feedback from all my friend, willingness to learn, and hunger for success and of course "Luck" I see this scholarship as once in life time for my hunger to boost my skill and my eye, I love to travel, to seek out new world, and to learn about different civilization, I don't have good PP skill, therefor I am so thankful that WorldNomads give a chance for me to participate in this scholarship, since I need someone/body to assist/advise me how to take picture right on the first place
