    One of the many flowers that are spread around Stockholm. Stockholm is full of thriving flora, which are all suited to survive the harsh -10 to -20 degree winters. by: asimpson Views[335] The Swedish warship Vasa. Built from 1626 to 1628 this grand warship sailed less than a nautical mile before it sank due to its top heavy build and insufficient ballast. Salvaged in 1961, she now sits in the temporary museum Wasavarvet. One of Sweden's most popular tourist attractions, it's brought over 28 million visitors to view its time tested immortality. by: asimpson Views[1102] Peter and I head towards Vasa on a ferry. The ride was choppy due to the cold and wet weather, of which most Swedish people are happily immune to. by: asimpson Views[378] A quiet, cobbled street in Stockholm.
