one philosophical thought

I like to do ‘random acts of kindness’ here. A ‘random act of kindness’ is defined by something you do, that is unexpected to the other, and for which you expect absolutely nothing in return. No smile, no thanks, nothing. You know what I mean, right?

I think I especially like to do that because in that instant I change from stranger to human. From outsider to part of society. Like picking up something someone dropped, or vacating a seat. Or just something small like that. Of course I don’t want to seem righteous or something (“see, what you guys are NOT doing THIS is how its done…”), so I have to be careful it comes from the heart. But then it is a really nice feeling. Our yoga teacher told us to do that as a homework once, and I thought it was really tough for strangers because I didn’t really interact with someone. But now I try to look for opportunities like that
