Monday 2nd October
First full day so we decided to check out the Baywatch beach, which was 1 block away from our motel, (seashore motel) but more importantly before that we stopped off at a beauty salon to get Ana’s back waxed and eyebrows shaped! He’s still not sure how he got talked into it : ) we headed down to Venice beach which was really nice sat and played checkers in the sand ( magnet travel checkers) walked along main strip until we got to muscle beach where some extra large men were lifting weights. Stopped off to have some more buffalo wings (again) then headed back to our motel, must have walked some miles that day.
Evening we went to small sushi bar, didn’t really know what we were doing, drunk some really nice green tea and the waitress thought we were German!
Went to bed pretty early as still waking up on average at 4 am.
