AHH just wrote a huge ramblng blog and now have to retype it
HI GUYS
im sitting in a cafe in pars ... ive been stting here for three hours ...
i can't get into my hostel room untl 3pm and got there at 12ish sooo ive been waiting around in ths cafe, talking to ppl onlne :D
last nite ... was REALLY FUN . .. we ended up going to Cafe Oz .. me and nic ... had lots of pre drinks -- finished my lovely 99 cent bottle of wine ... and caught the metro to cafe oz ...
we met heaps of ppl!! :D and just spent the night talking to all these french ppl .. IN FRENCH yayay our french is improving ... and learnt some new words and phrases whch was great!!!
i think our confidence suprised the french boys hhaha ... apparently australians joke around a lot more than timid and polite french women ...
we spoke to a group of french boys for a while and they were really nice
!!! we learnt lots about paris from them ... but i will write a blog tomorrow on my last impressons on paris ..
we were a bit naughty afterwards because we got a whole pizza and chips hahaha oopsy ... we came home around 12 midnight because we had early morning starts
i spent this morning packing up my stuff and heading over to the Gare de Lyon - to the hostel im staying at ... i was carrying lots of stuff : a suitcase, a big carry on luggage bag, a hangbag AND my laptop bag ... but of an effort .. but i just made my way here really slowly .. there were lots of stairs :S its not like in aus where u have escalators ... but i made it alive hahaha ... it wasn't too painful ... lots of nice men helped me :D they carried my suitcase up the stairs for me :D geee it pays off beng a young girl in paris ... the french men really have a thing for young girls
so now im in this cafe .. been here 3 hours .. i think the waiter thinks im wierd because i keep laughing at my laptop ...
ive ordered already 2 coffeees, a hot chocolate AND a big cheese sald yumyum ... i got lots of cheese and salad and heaps of bread ... nic its the best baguette ive had yet in france!! and THEY GAVE ME BUTTER :D didnt have to ask!! normally i always have to ask for butterin paris ... they never give us butter with bread .. so annoying ..
and the waiter says to me 'are u sure its enough cheese ... if u need more let me know ill fillit up' HAHAHAHAHA ... there were 4 HUGE chunks of cheese!!! ... like i said ... its great being a young girl in france ...
so im about to leave the cafe soon and head over to the hostel .. the guy that i booked my spot with was really nice ... he put me into a room with two aussie girls :D yayay
il let u no how it goes tomorrow ... im really excited about meeting random ppl today :D
