    This Samburu village located just outside of the Samburu National Park is in a rather remote, harsh, dry environment. There are 9 families living in this village and despite the living conditions, they appear to live in harmony with the land and express themselves in colorful clothing and have an outgoing friendly attitude. Views[207] Some of the tribal warriors spend some time relaxing in the shade. They fashion their seats out of wood and carry them with them. Views[286] These young children of the tribe are now old enough to walk almost 30 kilometers to a neighbouring town where they will spend 3 months at a time to receive their education Views[370] A young female member of the tribe, is almost of marrying age, 15, and will be expected to build her own home for her family when the time comes.
