the first thing i learned to say in Portuguese was not just one word, it was an entire sentence!

"Beija mi boca gato"

I wasn't allowed to know what this meant as a joke, but i was told to say it to everyone that i had met, until one guy.... actually leaned in to kiss me... i moved away and questioned why he went to kiss me... then i found out that what i had been saying all along was "kiss my mouth 'hot guy'"
