The countryside has changed from silver birch on the steppe, to evergreens to hills. There has been an increase of snow today.
For breakfast, I had a potato pancake and it was similar to a rosti with sour cream. The people in the restuarant car were a bit friendlier than yesterday!
Got out at various stations but there was nothing to buy.
During the day two drunks appeared in our carriage. One said that he was called Alexander and wanted his picture taken with me!
The policeman departed and so it was much quieter than the day before.
The film of the evening was 'Trans, Planes and Automobiles'!
