(Above photo is a "puricura" - sticker picture - Brandon and I made last night. This was Brandon's first experience in a puricura (short for Print Craft) booth. It's similar to a photo booth Stateside, but with a lot more room, all sorts of decorating options, and prints out sticker pictures. We laughed a lot.)
Happy Valentine's Day, everyone!
My wonderful husband brought us home cream puffs from a bakery near Torii. They were delicious!
And they made us both laugh. Check out the wrappers these sweets came in:
To make that easier to read, it says:
"A Delicious Mail - Recently I've become very healthy. My hopes have begun to swell. Dreams have increased one by one." If we can become healthy eating rich, wonderful cream puffs, I'm all for it! I'm not sure if my hopes would begin to swell, but I can bet with enough cream puffs something would begin to swell. "Everything in moderation," right? :)
Sky Housing was so sweet and got us an adorable wooden basket with heart chocolates. So cute!
I look forward to wearing this pin all year long! Definitely makes me smile!
As our second Valentine's Day on Okinawa, we decided to do things a bit different this year. After church this morning, we drove northeast to the World Fest for the afternoon. I'll be making a separate post regarding that, but let's just say, we had a very nice, cultural afternoon. This evening over dinner we watched my all-time favorite "true love" movie - "The Princess Bride!"
Overall, a wonderful Valentine's Day here on Okinawa! Happy Valentine's Day to you all!
