    The whispering grasses. Are the gold, and the green of this land. The slow passage of time here only seen through the rust, slowly creeping its way over the tools of the trade. Views[212] A cowboy contemplates the scene after the muster; the skies, the hills, the heat, this life, this place. He calls this home, this beautiful, dusty sunburnt land. Views[231] I used to roam free. But now I rest here content in my surroundings. Home to mosses and lichens, kangaroo remains and bullet holes, I am a new eco-system and indelibly part of this place. Views[190] The green and gold of olden times. Miles away from the nearest road, a dirt track from Nimmitabel gradually disappears into nothing and leads us here. Our home for Christmas, if only it could be forever. I look at this vista and reminisce about the Australia before my time, the Australia in books of old. The colours of the past, here in the present. Views[306]
