Hanging out at another castle, Bitov, now deep in the south of the Republic. On top of the roof were series of fish-looking flutes which made eerie organ sounds when the wind blew forcefully through their mouths - like the sound of a discordant choir warming up, but without pause.

Now back to the Spring/Easter theme... even the Haybale Family were out exhibiting their offspring. This farmer obviously has too much time on his hand!

Onward to Lednice, a castle that clearly shows the influence of two styles in one structure. One half was built during the renaissance period during the 17th century (right) while the other was rebuilt in a neo-gothic style during the 1850s (left). Now on the UNESCO world heritage list.
