My students have discovered facebook

It’s been almost a year.  And during this year, I’ve only been bothered by my students through email and through random text message (whereby I wonder how they got my phone number). 

But today.  Today I got an email saying “Lee Meng” has added  you as a friend on facebook.

WHO?!

I checked and it turns out it’s Christine.  One of my students who I only know by her English name.  I added her.

About 10 minutes later I received another similar email from facebook.  Another of my students who’d discovered facebook. 

Weird…
