Sorry I have been bad about keeping up with my journal.
So..........I have told you about the new found food here in Honduras that I like. Baleadas and Licuados. Entonces.....(Therefore in Spanish)I have decided to check out the Baleadas here in San Pedro Sula, since the ones in Tela were soooo....good. Well, that was three weeks ago...and I'm still recovering from a bad, bad, bad case of food poisoning. Bad news is for almost two weeks I couldn't be away from the bathroom for more then 20feet.........Good new is I lost weight....Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess something should be gained out of my misery..not to mention I almost killed my roommate by accident with it (Sorry N.!). So.....at present point I dare not to venture out to local fast food restaurants again. Hehehehe!!!
