I am a woman who believes in living the I M Possible life.No bucket list, just set your sights and Carpe Life day by day.
Since 2009, I have worked at expanding and opening my horizons.I started with changing my views on myself, losing over 100lbs and then began the interior spiritual work. This led me back to photography and writing full time and every day I look at the world with fresh eyes. I never thought I would like to travel the world but a the urge to see other countries and cultures has become stronger and stronger. To travel is to change your view of the world and to show one how truly connected we are-no language is needed to share a smile, to see joy or beauty.
To read the beginning paragraph one might assume that I do not need to win a contest to win in life but who better than a woman who has refused to let life determine what happens to her and worked at living life day by day. My first foray into solitary travel was in February of this year when a mid Atlantic storm should have been my warning to not travel but travel I did and spent a week amongst the wild mustangs of the Shackleford Banks and Carson Reserve in North Carolina. It was the most awe inspiring moment to arrive at Shackleford Island for the first time, hike inward and sit quietly with my camera and allow the horses to graze around me and then to capture it on my camera.
