Australia is home to 11 of the worlds 15 most deadly snakes. Apparently by nature they are all quite shy and only bite when suprised or threatened. That's good to know as soon I'll be in the rurals where these guys live. Got this photo at the Taronga Zoo. It's well worth a visit, it took about three hours to see all I wanted to. After catching the ferry from Circular Quy to the Zoo I took a boat ride around the harbour.
