This is a Warzone
Israel | Tuesday, December 4, 2012 | 5 photos
I took this photos during a travel along Israel, during a short time of relative peace, where I came across a wide variety of people, religions, traditions, cultures, landscapes and colours.
As I learned from all the places I have lived in or visited, an anthithesis often occurs between the perspectives of the stories you hear and the reality you will experience when you get there.
That natural and honest point of view is what I look for when I let the shutter open, daring to sacrifice the storm of events for a simple emotion, to remind myself and the people that living is all about feelings, even on a warzone.
I left my country six years ago, I chose to live in different places to understand how life is there; I travel as much, as long and as far as I can, becoming more awake and open minded at every step.
Going back where I grew up sometimes to look at what has changed.
Photography is my way to give the world something back, to inspire somebody else to step onto the road and make their life a real journey, even if is just around the corner.
This scholarship is the initiation i feel ready for, Mr edwards is the shaman can make this happen.
