I've always wanted to collect postcards from every place I have ever been but like my stamp collection as a child... It didn't last all that long!!
Since I've been traveling I have been saving money from each country. I really like the look of some of the notes so sometimes I choose the ones to save. It is inevitable that you always have some money left over where ever you go so it makes for an easy souvenir.
If and when I settle somewhere I hope to put all my notes under a glass table to create a reminder of my travels.
If you are looking for something to collect, this is perfect because it saves trawling shops for the right souvenir and if you create something similar to what I hope to, it will be very unique.
