The Samboja Sanctuary is more like an actual sanctuary. This one cares for Orang-utans that have been orphaned or have had their habitat destroyed. They are the poster-child for the campaign to stop deforestation in Borneo and other parts of Malaysia.

At Labuk Bay, the Proboscis monkeys are fed on platforms opposite viewing areas for tourists. In the wild, they don't only feed at 10:30am & 3pm daily... I think they made a spelling mistake on the sign out front, what they meant to spell was A-T-T-R-A-C-T-I-O-N.
