Bey Citadel in Alexandria This castle is located at the end of the island of Pharos maximum west of Alexandria.And constructed in place of Mannar Alexandria old demolished in 702 AH after the devastating earthquake that occurred during the reign of Sultan al-Nasir Muhammad. The Sultan began Ashraf Abu-Nasr Qaitbay building this castle in the year 882 AH and finished construction year 884 AH
And this castle takes the form of box covers an area of 150 m * 130 m surrounded by sea on three sides.
