The ritual starts when women are little girls; every year one extra ring is added in their necks until they get marry. For the tribe is a tradition and a symbol of beauty.
 Although the women work in the crafts which should be the matter of attention, the tourists naturally feels impressed by the necklaces which become eventually the focus of heed.
