My name is Valerio Pompilio, I'm coming form Italy but actually, from two years, I'm leaving in Cologne, Germany. I'm a "young" photohgrapher, or I'm trying to be while being now a skipper. I love my job, but I'm doing more to have money to invest in photography, to improve my self as a photographer and as a person. As I wrote next year I should go to Greece to make a personal project about Crete and people living there after the economical crisis. I want to be part of this assignment to learn from a big photographer and to improve and show what I can do.
I love to travel, to get know every time new people and new places. Is interesting to learn something that I could never imagine can exist, even now that we are living in the "web world", where everything is reachable on internet. But is not the same to see and touch and feel and smell something real. And I love nature, I'm always remaining amazed from how beautiful it is. Nature is for me the first artist in this world.
