Hi! I am Ivana, 25 years old law student from Novi Sad (Serbia). Journalism is my passion. I have worked as a journalist for four years on television, radio and for newspapers. During the last two years I have volunteered as the president of the assembly of a student organization which subsidizes student travel. I enjoy creating and managing travel and editing our Facebook page. After every trip, I create a photo story to record exciting moments, new interesting people and places. I love journalism because it gives you a unique opportunity to discover the world, meet different people, visit extraordinary places and different kind of events, broad your knowledge, change your point of view and the way of thinking. It is the same with a photography. Often words is not enough and picture is worth a thousand words. I like to tell a story through photography, it is more powerful and colorful. Photography takes us to the magnificent places we have never reached and presents stories we could never retell. I really would love to discover amazing natural wealth of Greenland with Jason Edwards because I am a big enthusiast, adventurer and nature lover so it would be a great life opportunity for me to learn from the best, to explore this fascinating country and make wonderful photos. Also, I played volleyball for six years so I believe that I am still in a good form.
