Third stop...London!

Oh. My. God. I feel like I've been traveling FOREVER!  But I've finally made it to my last stop before I make it to Kenya after 2 days of long flights and going back and forth in time!  I think it's 9:15am in London which is 8:15pm your time.  My watch is still on Aussie time so I can make sure I take my tablets at the right time!  Singapore airport was lovely, it was huge and there was lots of space so it was easy to find my way around - mum, sorry for the 3:30am phone call!  I had a mental blank and thought for a second it was 6:30am!  Heathrow (I don't think I spelt that right!) is huge but I haven't gotten lost and in fact must be on my way very shortly, my flight leaves in 50mins and I have to be at the gate 30mins beforehand.  Security is tight, you have to take off your shoes here before you go through the screen, just like in Hawaii.  I managed to stop and change some money ($30 is only 10 pounds) and had some toast with honey..trying to pick the safest meal options!  So I am finally on the home stretch to Nairobi after all this time...honestly I am dying for a bed!  My butt is killing me from sitting up straight and in the same spot for so long!  Ok I'm off...I don't want to miss my flight! I was going to phone home but I don't have time.  I get a window seat this time, yay!  Take care everyone and I hope to write on Sunday in Nairobi.  xx

(wow, I have flown halfway around the world by myself!  We flew over the Middle East and over Russia for what seemed the longest time, and then over Germany and the stretch to the UK)
