We couldn't leave Cardiff without visiting St. Fagan's - an open-air museum showcasing Welsh life through the centuries. It is composed of buildings that have been transplanted, brick by brick, from all over Wales. It is set on 80 acres of countryside only a few miles from the centre of Cardiff. All the guides were very friendly and knowledgeable about Welsh life and there were a number of excellent hands-on activities for the children - including making their own clay pots.
