Trip of a Lifetime Our 10 month journey around the world.

Cruise - Portsmouth England - Bilbao Spain  August 2nd - August 4th

Off we go on a “Mini Cruise”  I can’t  believe they even consider the ship as a cruise  LOL..  Likes like a broken down BC Ferry with a few slot machines a pool the size of 4 bathtubs, and a cheesy pirate on a small stage entertaining the kids.  O well it is a good break from all the planes, trains, and driving.  We did spot some dolphins along the way and sat on the top deck enjoying the slow motion of the ship on the big Atlantic waves. We had perfect weather and the ride was very calm.  Back in it’s day I am sure the ship was state of the art.  We were told the ship was to be retired in September so we got to be one of the last few that would ever take the ride from England to Spain by sea.
