My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, Phnom Penh. In the heart of the vibrant city stands the most stark reminder and memorial to Cambodia's brutal past. It is a symbol of the nations desire to never forget those who suffered under the Khmer Rouge regime. In this photograph I tried to capture the emotional impact of the thousands of pictures of those killed at the former high school. It stands to this day as the most intensely emotional place I have ever visited.
