    The Reminder - Kilmainham Gaol. What a powerful and painful image in the execution courtyard. This stark, simple cross is the symbol for the executed martyrs as well as Irish nationalism. by: throughmylensexperience Views[231] Darkness - Kilmainham Goal. One of many dark and dreary halls from inside the prison. The lack of empathy the halls had for it's many prisoners is displayed with the many names that are spread out down the walls. by: throughmylensexperience Views[223] The Killer Courtyard - Kilmainham Goal. The site for executions and a continuos reminder from the cold, gray, desolate walls of the lack of freedom. by: throughmylensexperience Views[237]
