Arrived in the capital yesterday and love it – there’s market stalls in every street. We had a 30 cent hamburger for dinner and didn’t even get ill let alone die from it!!! Yay!!
Did lots of walking around gazing at everything you can by on the streets from spice trolleys, to electrical tape to an entire street dedicated to lights.
We’re staying in a fabulous hotel in their crappy room. It happens a fair bit here that great hotels have crappy levels which means the room are smaller and not as bright but we still get hot water (yay) and cable t.v and brekkie!!! We went to the Coca museum today and learnt that although Coca cola has removed the cocaine from it’s drinks it’s still flavored with coca and that Freud was pretty much the first person to try cocaine.
