Arrived well yesterday morning in San Fran. Great place but totally different to beloved NZ. We were very sad that we had to leave Christchurch and NZ.Had a long but good flight with air new zealand. U have to watch Hairspray!!!! Very funny movie! The whole aircraft laugh about me while I laugh about the movie and nobody could sleep. I have a lot of new "friends"..... Yesterday we picked up our car,a very nice and big black 4wheel Chevy,and had a nice ride through the city and fishermans wharf.Had a nice Crawfish seafood dinner there.Our hotel is also fine and trashique. As we like it! So we've got a first impression of independent, shimmering, x-mas smelling San Fran. Nadja has her bad morning moods today. Because her surf board is gone broken again at the flight and we have to find a shaper at first..... and somebody who can fix her cam. Hopefully this will help her to get in a better mood. But maybee she's has to much Bud yesterday. It's like real beer again.U could drink TUI and Steini for breakfast. And it's no light kiwi beer in here. So we have to check it this evening again.
