This picture was taken in KCC slum. It is a slum that has a lot of history, and unfortunately in January of 2012, had a fire that burned through most of the slum, leaving many homeless. We went there to visit the people who still lived there, and to see how they are rebuilding and what we would be able to do to help. I named this picture "the little adventurer". When i look at this picture, knowing what happened to the slum, it reminds me that there is always a new beginning. The child in this picture looks like an old women walking with a walking stick.
