The Nasi Lemak I cooked with my Mayasian friend when I visited KL. Served it with honey melon and cardamon milkshake.

I serve my Nasi Lemak with a sunny side up fried egg. The runny yolk runs into the sambal... yum!

The Nasi Lemak I had at a night market in KL. Just how I remembered it, served warm and wrapped in a banana leaf. Ice Milo helped mellow the spice from the sambal.
