Over 8,000 infants and children are dependent on the program on Guahan. This stall owner says he rarely gets customers who seek fresh fruits and vegetables. More business occurs at the 'quick marts' further down the road near the gas station. Signs for cigarettes and beer advertisements cover the front of the store.
