plane pain

Ok, so online search engines are like men.  They record half of what you tell them, assume to know exactly what you need, then do a half ass job at it.  In the end you are forced fullfil your needs yourself.

Flights to Myanmar.  Airasia has a round trip from Bangkok to Yangon for about 1,000 baht.  That is the best price I have found.  Flights our and back are daily in the a.m. I am still looking for a flight to Mandalay from Yangon... but the question is this... do we want to hit Yangon?  It is a cool enough port city and capital... looks like it has an asian San Fran vibe to it.  We could spend one night there to take in the scene before heading back to Bangkok.

Flights to India... I vote we fly back to Bangkok and fly out to Delhi from there.  That is where I am getting my best prices... about 349 dollars.  We can chill in the airport of the day.  Flight in from Myanmar are in the morning... flights to India are in the evening.

After that my brain gets fuzzy.... I think you said something about needing a flight because of mountains but I can't remember from where to where....throw a girl a bone!

Mongolia to Bangkok is over a thousand per person!  So I vote we take the train back down to Beijing and fly from there.... about 600.

How goes train stuff?  I'll post another story about Visa stuff... this one is all about plain, ordinary planes!
