Ingredients
250 gms wheat flour
Half TABLE SPOON BAKING POWDER
One table spoon curd
One cup water
One table spoon salt
How to prepare this recipeMix flour baking power and salt to this add curd and mix it till the curd gets completely mixed then add little water and knead it in a soft dough
Cover the dough with wet cotton cloth for half an hour
Pre heat oven for 2 mins
Make small round ball from the dough and roll it in around flat bread by dusting some flour to from a thick roti
Bake it for 4 to 5 minutes in oven at 200 degree
The story behind this recipeOnce some black spot appear on top of roti remove from tandoor put some ghee or butter and serve in plate
