    I wonder whether the boy attends school. In a remote area in Srilanka, small boys like him do not have the money even to buy footwear. They help their parents by carrying buckets of water to fill up their water barrels (yeah barrels, not tanks) from nearby streams, cleaning the house, running on small errands, etc. by: srilankan Views[544] What might be his mind wondering about? maybe he thinks: If i could travel on the foot board again like i used to travel when i was young. Maybe he is enjoying the wind blowing in his face. Although i am different among all the others near me, i am not embarrassed, i consider myself as unique. I love myself. by: srilankan Views[806] This lady was captured in a very remote area in Srilanka where she has to carry this bag (weekly provision for her family) among these hills where the only mode of transport for these villagers is the local train down beneath the hills. Also the bag as i mentioned above is their WEEKLY provision while such a bag would be just one meal for most of us.Yes, they are so poor. by: srilankan Views[559] i was about 300m before tunnel when i heard the sound of the train and i ran with my camera and i saw the light of the train appearing through the tunnel and i did not have much time to set my exposure, but i did my best and zoomed full range up to 55mm with my kit lens. by: srilankan Views[1315]
