A normal description will include name, age and nationality, as well as mentioning some activities one likes such as photography and making evident that we are all passionate about photography and equally mentioning one´s wish to become a Nat Geo photographer. All I can say about myself is that I enjoy simple things such as Tuna and Salmon sachimi, I once folded a thousand origami cranes to make a wish come true, enrolled myself into a visual arts degree at uni to become a film maker and ended up exploring my life through the lens of an old leica. I would love to be chosen simply because I want to have the opportunity to represent my country Colombia feeling very proud of my background, I grew up with a different perspective and I believe I can acquire the skills through this scholarship to express my world. I would love to learn and master all the necessary techniques and teachings from the best hand in travel photography and photojournalism. I believe I have the potential and the desire to learn to make this experience one of the best things that could happen in one`s life.
