Just finished 22 kms or about 13.7 miles and arrived Sarria and are staying @ the Alfonso IX hotel near the centre of town. Lovely weather today and stunning scenery along the way which was very much up and down so the legs a bit tired.We are about 110 kms from Santiago and will hit the 100 km to go mark around noon tomorrow when we head to Portomarin about 22 kms from here. Weather looks good for the rest of the journey which will get busier as many people just do the last 100 kms in order to get their " compestela" ( completion certificate). Anyway heading to dinner in a few hours @ 8pm tonight.. not a big fan of the late dinner practice in Spain after walking essentially a half marathon each day. Oh well must soldier on...
