    Because water is barely accessible the community’s small improvised bathroom, these ladies took a bath on where water is most likely accessible—beside pails of water. Most men inside the evacuation center took advantage of their temporary stay to gather metals to gain additional income. Under the heat of the afternoon sun, one resident of the ‘village’ works hard by gathering metals inside the vicinity of the evacuation center and trading those to earn extra money for his family. The metals being dug or removed were leftovers from the bottling company building formerly erected on that area. by: shelterbox Views[469] Out of 2,606 individuals temporary residing in the evacuation center, Friends May Beth and Daniella (Left-Right) smiled as they saw me take their photo while they were roaming around the ‘village’, passing through ropes, hanged clothes, and large sheets of tarpaulin, during their spare time to find and play with some friends. by: shelterbox Views[488] I choose this place because it always gets my attention on my way to school. Located along the highway, it’s barely possible for people not to notice this area. More or less 200 tents donated by ShelterBox Disaster Relief and Philippine Red Cross were used as temporary shelters by four hundred and forty four families residing inside this evacuation center. by: shelterbox Views[439]
