    This crooked clock has a symbolic meaning. Time stopped here at one point. by: shak Views[307] This image relays the essence of the story as I see it: The beauty of decay by: shak Views[164] An abandoned house, one of many around. Every house has a unique design and many feature traditional woodwork. by: shak Views[226] The vilage of Borsec has long been known for its’ numerous mineral water springs, which were and still are a tourist attraction. The water in each spring contains a different composition of minerals. A local boy fills a bottle of fresh water. The sign specifies the waters mineral composition and its’ therapeutic indications. by: shak Views[430] Despite the state of bad disrepair some of the houses are partially occupied. I could not communicate with the residents because of a language barrier. I would have liked to talk to them and ask about their stories and those of the houses they live in. I wish to return there some day with an interpreter. by: shak Views[198]
