a stray dog that followed me everywhere during my visit
My name is Nikola Pavlovic. I am 20 years old and I live in Belgrade, capital of Serbia. I am student of the Faculty of Biology, Department of Ecology. I opted for this college because of the nature and animals that are my great love. This is one of the reasons why I also signed up for this contest because I want to see and photograph all these animals in their natural habitat.
I started photographing when I was 12. It was a time when I got my first digital camera. I wore a camera with me everywhere and photographed almost
every interesting moment that I saw. Then began to arise my first photos that were admired by the people around me.
My first
major success occurred this year when
there was competition
for the best amateur pictures of Belgrade.
Three of my photos entered in the final and were on exhibition in Knez Mihailova
Street, which is the most
famous pedestrian street in Belgrade and Serbia.
