Well it happened..i was taking a shower in the bath/shower room and i folded my pants and my clothes and put them on the bench in front of my shower. While i was getting clean i was getting my wallet cleaned oUT! Well no cash was taken, not much, but my capitalone credit card was taken. I didnt realize this until i got to chile and wanted to get some chilean pesos and wallaaa no credit card...
did a mad search through everything i have...only 2 bags so there´s only a few compartments here, a couple zippers there and still no credit card.. F me!!
after a day to calm down the emotions it doesnt really affect my trip logistically, i still have 2 more credit cards, seperated at all times, and i cancelled the one that got stolen, no wierd or bogus charges, and another one is on its way to mccool..but it definetly made me more conscious about my valueables...its not easy..24/7 you have to be on your toes about where everything, from my passport to my 2 cameras, wallet, ipod, lonely planet guide, camera batteries, everything..one unlocked bag, one quick mistake and it can happen...
